At [Your Business Name], we strive to offer clear and honest information about every pallet we sell. Because liquidation pallets contain mixed-condition merchandise, our return and refund rules are designed to protect both our customers and our business.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once a pallet is purchased, processed, picked up, or shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


2. Items Sold “As-Is”

All pallets are sold as-is, with no guarantees or warranties on the condition, completeness, or functionality of individual items within the pallet.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Customer returns

  • Overstock

  • Shelf-pulls

  • Open-box items

  • Mixed-condition goods

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and manifests (when available), but the final condition may vary due to the liquidation process.


3. No Refund for Buyer’s Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect ordering

  • Not liking the type of merchandise received

  • Realizing the pallet resell value is different than expected

  • Differences in condition from item to item (this is normal in liquidation pallets)


4. Incorrect or Mistaken Listings

While rare, if we make a clear and proven mistake on a listing — such as sending the wrong pallet or uploading incorrect manifest details — we will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.

This may include:

  • Replacement (if possible)

  • Partial credit

  • Or another agreed-upon resolution

We must be contacted within 24–48 hours of receiving the pallet with photo evidence.


5. Damage During Freight Shipping

Once a pallet leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the trucking/freight carrier, we are no longer responsible for shipping-related damages.

If your pallet arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos before accepting the delivery.

  2. Write the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

  3. Contact the freight carrier immediately to open a claim.

  4. Inform us so we can assist you if needed.

Freight carriers are responsible for damage that occurs during transit.


6. Warehouse Pickup Orders

For local pickup:

  • Once the pallet is inspected, signed for, and loaded into your vehicle, the sale becomes final.

  • There are no returns or refunds after pickup.

Buyers are encouraged to look at pallet condition during pickup (if applicable).


7. Canceling an Order

Orders can only be canceled before the pallet is processed or shipped.
Once shipping has begun or the pallet has been prepared for pickup, cancellations are not allowed.

Canceled orders may be subject to a restocking fee depending on payment processing costs.
