Because liquidation pallets may include a mix of new, used, open-box, and customer-return items, we do NOT provide traditional manufacturer warranties on individual products inside the pallets.

However, we stand by our commitment to transparency and fairness.
Here’s what you can expect:

✔ Pallets Are Sold As-Is

All pallets are sold as-is, based on the condition listed in the product description.
This includes any labels such as:

• New

• Like New

• Shelf-Pulls

• Overstock

• Customer Returns

• Mixed Condition

We do not guarantee the functionality or completeness of every item inside a pallet unless specifically stated.

✔ No Return or Exchange on Opened Pallets

Because the nature of liquidation inventory is unpredictable, and because pallets may contain hundreds of items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a pallet has been delivered, opened, or picked up.

✔ Accuracy & Transparency Guarantee

Although pallets are sold as-is, we promise:

• Clear photos

• Accurate manifest information (when available)

• Realistic expectations of condition and value
